The origins of our enterprise trace back to 1983,when Late Mr. Scaria Kuruvilla Vazhayil established Vazhayil Foam, laying the foundation for a manufacturing legacy rooted in natural rubber and latex foam. What began as a focused venture has evolved through generations of expertise, disciplined growth, and deep industry knowledge. We are fourth-generation rubber planters and third-generation latex foam manufacturers, combining agricultural heritage with advanced manufacturing capability. This continuity gives us a rare understanding of latex at its source, enabling informed decisions at every stage of processing and production. A defining strength of our operations is vertical integration. We source a significant portion of our natural latex from our own centrifuged latex units in Kottayam, Kerala, and Mangalore, Karnataka, ensuring strict control over raw material quality, purity, and consistency. This in-house capability provides traceability and process stability—essential for premium B2B customers who demand repeatable performance. Our ecosystem extends beyond manufacturing. We work with over 1,000 rubber farmers under our umbrella and provide direct and indirect employment to more than 1,250 workers, supporting livelihoods while maintaining a stable and skilled workforce. Our infrastructure spans over 200,000 square feet, distributed across seven specialized production units, enabling scale, customization, and stringent process discipline. Introduced in 2024, Signature Latex represents the next chapter of this legacy—serving premium, export-oriented, and institutional markets seeking refined latex solutions backed by proven manufacturing strength.
